Services
Community Wardens act as a link between local residents and the various agencies that provide services to Castle Vale. The most prominent of these are CVCHA and its Housing Officers, Birmingham City Council and West Midlands Police. The team consists of four wardens and each of them has their own designated area, or ‘patch’. Although most of an individual Warden’s time is spent on his or her own ‘warden walk,’ problems of any kind that are being experienced across Castle Vale will result in a co-ordinated team response.
