Taking up running can be a daunting project, especially if you have never run before, feel out of shape or are inactive. Our beginner walk to run sessions are made for ‘absolute beginners’ using a mixture of walking and jogging to slowly build up your stamina and fitness. If you’re already running join our session and develop your technique, distance and speed—there’s something for EVERYONE! Join our fully led sessions all supported by a qualified, experienced, friendly Run Leaders
