Where can I Start to run in Erdington District 28 01 16Taking up running can be a daunting project, especially if you have never run before, feel out of shape or are inactive. Our beginner walk to run sessions are made for ‘absolute beginners’ using a mixture of walking and jogging to slowly build up your stamina and fitness. If you’re already running join our session and develop your technique, distance and speed—there’s something for EVERYONE! Join our fully led sessions all supported by a qualified, experienced, friendly Run Leaders

Farnborough Fields Tuesday 5.30pm—6.30pm (meet at the children’s play area)

Farnborough Fields Thursday 5.30pm—6.30pm (meet at the children’s play area)

Pype Hayes Park Saturday 11.00am—12.00pm (meet at the children’s play area)

Please wear appropriate suitable clothing and footwear.
