Creative Careers 0121 – Creative Careers Fair on 16th November at the Bull Ring

Final posterThe event ‘Creative Careers 0121’ is a take on a alternative careers fair, aimed at young people thinking about a future within the creative industries, parents and educational providers.

Part of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2015 ‘Creative Careers 0121’ will see a number of individuals running there own creative businesses and enterprises come together to share their experiences, top tips, knowledge and their own journeys with others, providing a range of talks, demos and workshops offering attendees the opportunity to get the information they need from creatives themselves.

Running twice throughout the Day 12.30-3pm & 5.30pm-8pm

We have a programme of talks and workshops focused around coding, programming, app designing, film making,  with the event finishing off with a marketplace of examples of these very creative businesses and the real people behind them.

Over the last few years in particular I have attended a large number of careers fairs across the UK, and feel that the majority are not geared up to reflect the real world of work future generations are going to be working in. There’s also very little opportunity for actual attendees at these events to actually get to talk to the people doing the jobs.

We still have a number of spaces at the event and we would like you to join us, so if your a parent, young person, teacher, youth worker or have a genuine interest in the Creative Industries book your free place via this link:
