Do you know of somebody in the community who deserves a special thank you for the work they do?

The Police and Crime Commissioner would like to give you the opportunity to say a special thank you to unsung heroes or heroines who are worthy of recognition for outstanding acts of good citizenship.

Do you know a volunteer or community member or community group who have shown consistent dedication to their community over a period of time, giving up their own time and
helping others in ways which contribute to community safety or reducing crime and disorder?

the age of 18) or you want to nominate an Outstanding Community Project then please download the form that can be down loaded on the right hand side of this page.
